Is it possible to apply GC ?

Hi,

I am here in USA on H1B Visa from Indian based company. My company doesn't support/Sponser GC.
In my case is there any way to go Greed Card processing through attornies ..Other than shifting the company.

Please do let me know, if any chances.

---------------- you need US employer to file GC for you. first step is LC filing then I-140 or I-140 and I-485 at same time. if you are working with company A still the company B or C can start your GC process while you are not working with B or C . GC is for future job

------------Find employer who can strat GC process or join new employer who is ready to start GC process
