just_chill said:looks like there is a small chance it might be released tomorrow
and very fat chance it will be released next week. i would like to
bet on sep 15 friday but i guess it is too trivial.
i hope the bulletin moves forward at the start of the new fiscal
year for all categories inclusive of the stagnant for "6 months" like
eb2 india.
good luck folks.

It was hard to admit that we were about to enter a blackhole that after a year later, continues to appear as endless. Good luck, because we will need it !

Therefore I'd say it is unlikely that it will be released tomorrow.

Not saying it WILL. Just that your data supports it. Anyway, who cares; it'll come out when it willGCdreamer2006 said:Just watch.
