Just wondering because tomorrow is a Friday and this is going to be the First of the Year. USCIS don't need to wait till next week to release the first one. They must have a plan already for the next year. What do you guys think?

I wouldn't hold your breath for tomorrow. Due to the long weekend, there have been very few actual work days so far this month--I believe it is too early for them to run their calculations (although I'm sure they already have a good idea of what is going to happen).

I would expect next week--say by Thursday at the latest.

For sure it will be next Friday. Rare chance that it will be released tomorrow.

Good Luck to everyone.

Let's use statistics to determine:

Therefore I'd say it is unlikely that it will be released tomorrow.

visa bulletin release dates

looks like there is a small chance it might be released tomorrow
and very fat chance it will be released next week. i would like to
bet on sep 15 friday but i guess it is too trivial.

i hope the bulletin moves forward at the start of the new fiscal
year for all categories inclusive of the stagnant for "6 months" like
eb2 india.

good luck folks.

Remember Manilla

I remember that nasty day, one year ago, when many of folks in this forum struggled facing the reality released by US Consulates abroad. It was hard to admit that we were about to enter a blackhole that after a year later, continues to appear as endless. Good luck, because we will need it !

Tommorow or next friday, do not expect too much. Already DOS clearly indicated in the last VB, EB3 will retrogress again based on anticipated massive flow of LC from BEC. So, they will be very conservative in moving the dates for EB3. Do not surprise if EB3-ROW go back again to April 2001 in october. It is interesting to see how EB2 india moves, as it was stuck for 5 months (that too may not have much movement may be couple of months),

Phew. I remember Manila. It was one nightmare that came true.

When you look at the date for last years Oct '05 Bulletin. There is some chance that it might be released tomorrow. May be somebody should check the Manila site again :)

Good Data. Wrong Conclusion.

Median of 9 is a lot closer to 8 than 15. So the data presented by you supports the date of 8 over 15.
