Gurus, please help me out with this question. I have moved to Ohio recently. Is it possible I can go to local center in Cleveland, Ohio for passport stamping. The approval notice from VSC says I have to appear in local center, NY (Federal Plaza) for my PP stamping on any Friday.
Thanks in advance for your help. Is it normal that they mention the local service center address on the approval notice?
My 485 details are:
ND 07/06/00, RD 07/16/00 AD 08/03/01 EB2, RIR, No RFE Country Others.
 
you can try ...

yes, it is normal that they give the local INS address when they approve, it is kind of an appointment given to you to that local center.
Anyway, find out your local center in ohio and also find out on what days they are doing the stamping, because it varies from center
to center. In NYC, fed plaza, it is on all fridays, where as in Newark, it is on all wednesday, so better you go on their stamping day
and try.
