Hello, my name is Lluis and I would like if anyone please could help me about these questions: 
My status is a F-1 Visa and working with the OPT card in an american company.
- I am going to apply for a H-1 B Visa this next April 1st of 2006 and it will probably be approved within 15 canlender days. The problem is that I will not be able to use this Visa until 6 months later!! (until October 2006). If I have already been accepted with the H-1 B Visa, can I apply to stay in USA with a Tourist Visa during this waiting time gap?
My idea:
-April 1rst I apply for a H-1 B Visa
-April 15, my working Visa may be approved
-I stay 3 months in my home country (Barcelona, Spain)
-I apply for a Tourist Visa 90 days before I can use the H-1 B Visa ,in August 2006
-In October 2006 I start working with my H-1 B Visa and I have saved 3 months in USA with my fiancee
Could it work for me??
