Is it possible employer not willing to give employment letter for NIW?

I am now I485 pending (NIW) for more than 6 months. Just got an offer from a big company working in the same area (same title) in the same state. I mentioned wheather the company could provide employment letter to CIS in the future in one email to the Human Resource. But it was not answered in the response. I am not sure if it is because they forgot to answer or because they are not sure. I do not want to keep bothering them with this question if I can get some help here. Do you think this will be a problem? Is there a posibility that some companies are not willing to provide employment letter to CIS?

why another letter?

For NIW or EB1-EA an offer letter addressed to you from this company should be enough. I don't think you need to have a letter from employer addressing the USCIS.
