I will be moving to different location in 3 months. Is it okay to apply for citizenship now? Will it be delayed due to address change? Please advice. Thank you.

It shouldn't matter, but you will have to give USCIS your new address so you don't miss any letters from them. Any of the letters that they send you will have instructions on how to do this.

USCIS can be slow and inconsistent with handling address changes, and they may end up sending mail to your old address after you've reported the change of address.

So while moving to your new place within the same state won't cause a problem as far as the 3-month district/state residence requirement is concerned, moving during the naturalization process creates the risk of missing important mail as a result of USCIS possibly sending it to the original address.
