Long story short, I got RFE in my H1 extension, and company will have too much headache to response.

I plan to move to another company.
--------------------If the new employer is consulting company expect the RFE and new employer should be without any previous H1 violations.H1 transfer should reach USCIS before I-94 gets expired.
Can employer withdraw petition that is under RFE?
----------------if employer withdraw the petition then on what basis you are going to stay/work in US?
If so, will it have any impact on the employer and me?

I read somewhere online that withdrawing petition that is under RFE may seem that employer is hiding something?
-----------------That is correct. if the RFE asks documents from employer then USCIS will think that employer is hiding something and if RFE is related to your documents then it means you are hiding something. Please advise.
