Is it OK to travel After Fingerprints?

Is it OK to travel to India for 10 days After Fingerprints and Before Interview Letter being received.

Any issues at Entry.
Any other Issues to be concerened about.

Yes you are good to go. However don't make the mistake for having your mail forwarded. USCIS mail is not forwarded and will be returned to USCIS. Have someone else check your mailbox regularly. 10 days is very short time to get any mail from USCIS. Nothing to worry about at the Port of Entry either.
 
There's no problem with this.

At the time of the interview, make sure to tell the IO about your travels. Also be aware that continuous residence and physical presence rules must be met at the time you file, on the day of the interview and on the day of your oath.

Yes, it is totally ok to travel abroad after finger printing as long as you don't miss a subsequent interview schedule or RFE response.

None whatsoever. I have done it a couple of times and also know several N-400 applicants that travelled abroad and between FP and interview and successfully completed the naturalization process.
