Is it ok to join any US company and take company transfer to the other country while you are still PR ?

In that case still you are required to keep coming to US every year to keep your GC ?

Any thought ?

By merely returning to the US for brief visit, you will not be able to keep your green card.

In your case, you will need to file an N-470 Application to Preserve Residence for Naturalization Purpose with INS to keep your green card.

To qualify, you must (1) have been physically present and residing in the United States for an UNINTERRUPTED PERIOD of at least 1 years after lawful admission for permanent residence, and (2) the application is submitted to the INS before you had been absent from the United States for a continuous period of 1 year.

It is also important to know that your absence is for the purpose of engaging in the development of foreign trade and commerce of the United States on behalf of an American firm or corporation or a subsidiary thereof engaged in the develpment of such trade and commerce.
