Is it ok to call INS regarding Address Change?

Hi Friends, Is it ok to call INS regarding Address Change? or do we need to go according to the Form(whatever). I'm a Vermont filer..so what are the places I have to inform my address change.
Please advise me...

Yes...

Yes!… Send your AR-11 by certified mail and call IIO and change the address. I did same by my attorney’s advice.
