Is it ok to book appointment at the passport agency before the oath ceremony?

The oath ceremony is coming up in a few days, need to travel soon after. I am wondering whether it is ok to book appointment at the passport agency before the oath ceremony.

One is technically not a citizen before the ceremony. So if he/she books the appointment at the passport agency before the ceremony, will that be considered a false claim of US citizenship? N400 specifically asks "have you ever claimed to be a US citizen?".

Making an appointment for passport is not same as claiming to be a US citizen. You make the claim when you file your passport application. You are overthinking this issue.
