Is there any evidence to suggest that you have your best shot on the first NIW application. Are your chances worse when you reapply...?
As I am preparing my case there is one day I wake up and fell less confident and there is another day I feel more confident. I planned to apply later to after I improve my CV but I am tempted to take advantage of this current situation with the visa numbers. But again there is no guarantess any time?
 
Your I-140 application must be received by this coming Tuesday if you want to take advantage of the July visa bulletin. Although you can file I-485 until August 17, that date is only for people whose priority dates are current in July. If you file I-140 in August, you will have an August priority date, for which no visa numbers are available, so you will not be able to file I-485/I-131/I-765 concurrently. Can you have you application ready to go this weekend? As for your jitters, we all have them!!
