i have gone through all the posting on this site and i find them lot helpfull..keep it up guys.. I am an indian national staying in Germany at the moment.well i have got my H1 papers and planning to attend embassy in frankfurt on 3Dec,2002. I have done job in germany only for 2 months during my stay of 12 months here in germany..
,,but i have got valid residence permit to stay in germany.,,,moreover i have got the work experience of 3 years and 9 months in india...
now my question is .....IS it necessary to be in job to get the stamping done... if so what r my chances now?
please reply me at the earliest ......any help regarding this is greatly appreciated...
