Hi,
I have another issue...
Firm A has sponsored my H1 which i will be getting in Oct 2006. I will join firm B on my EAD right now.Firm B will apply for H1 transfer after my status change from L2 to H1. So till the time the transfer takes place can i work for firm B? Is it legal? Or is it a must that i be on Firm A's payroll?
When i go for H1 stamping do I need to have pay stubs from Firm A(my sponsorer) for the period from H1 status change till H1 transfer?
I have asked so many ppl but no one knows how it works. The only solution i get is "work on contract basis" but its a full time offer from Firm B.

Once you start work with B with your EAD, you will loose your h1/ h1 transfer provision.
