Hi for my wife i am applyig 3rd EAD

fee 120$ has to be paid infavour of INS or DHS


please calarify who ever applied recently

in bcis forms section form765 documentation says ins and
immihelp site says dhs

you are telling bcis

i am in dilema which one is correct
 
I paid to INS in my EAD application and it was checked in early September. I guess they still accept checks paid to INS.

I applied in the 2'nd week of Sep. Made the check to BCIS and they accepted it.

I applied many ead's and ap's, so go with BCIS. That's what they wanted to be. But they are also accepting INS for certain time and then they will stop accepting them.
So go with BCIS which is present and future. . .
Never heard of DHS . . .
I am 200% sure that BCIS works.
