Is it common to have Pending Review AVM message after doing FP? Pease advise.

i did mine on 13 Dec 2001 still AVM says Pending review

i did mine on 13 Dec 2001 still AVM says Pending review as of 14th March but FBI said they sent it back next day ...looks like its common message for most of the people Specially dec FP\'s
 
same here: FP Dec 1st week, AVM still pending review

Did my fp dec 1st wk, AVM msg "on Dec 19th fp collected pending review"

Looks like samething happened with me also

FP:12/12/01, still AVM says pending review.
But when I called FBI they said the finger prints were processed and were sent back to INS the same day.

my lawyer said not to rely on AVM.
