I hope some of you can help me out.
I was on F1 from 1998-2004 and then F1-OPT frm 2004-2005.
From 2005 March, I have been on H1B.
Never been out of status.
However, I don't have the H1B stamp in my passport.
Recently, I applied for I-140/I-485/I-765/I-131. None approved yet, only receipt numbers given.
I am going to India soon and plan to re-enter the US after getting H1B stamped in India.
Could it be a problem to get H1B stamp since I have applied for Green card/AOS?
