Is it a problem if my recommendation letters are addressed to the wrong center?

I am preparing documents for my EB1A application, but it just occurs to me I should send the application package to the Texas Service Center if I concurrently file i-140 and i-485. Is this a problem? Your advice is much appreciated?

Separately, should I concurrently file i-140 and i-485 or should i file i-140 first?
