that is also because

very few people whose PD is in 2001 were ready to apply for I-485 in July. I have my PD in Jan 2001 and applied 485 in oct. After Mar I-140 took a long time.

I don\'t think it\'s only by ND. If it was only by ND, spe(RD July, ND 09/05) case already approved will still be pending. I think It\'s a combination of PD,RD,ND and luck.
