Is I-140 with substituted labor HARDER?

I am stuck in labor processing. My lawyer said that I can use somebody else's approved labor and directly file for I-140.

I wanted to know whether I-140 step would be harder in
such situation? In other words, is there higher risk of getting
rejected in I-140 (if I use other person's labor)?

(I have ensured that my details match with the to-be-substituted
labor)

I don't think this its harder to get I-140 approval based on LC substitution. I have seen LC substitution approvals on this forum. So, if you meet the LC requirements, go for it. Your attorney will be the best person to judge.

All the best!
