Myself and spouse had applied for H1 / H4 extension. Got online approval mails from USCIS for both myself and spouse on 4/12/2006. Also status updated to approved on the USCIS website.
My lawyer received my H1 extension I-797 approval papers on 4/24/2006. However we are yet to receive my spouse's H4 extension I-797 approval notice.
Has anyone faced this delay in getting the H4 approval papers?
Also Can you please confirm if the spouse's H4 approval notice sent to lawyer or to home address? My wife did receive her last H4 extension three years ago at the home address directly from USCIS.
