What is your opinion: Is H1B safer then AP to re-enter US ?
Just wander if would be more convinient to apply for H1B extension then for AP. Travelling soon on AP and a little nervous about that.

Actually (contrary to popular posts in this forum) U can go back to H1 after AP usage. So your Q is a moot point.
If you got more years in 6 yrH1 pursue H1, otherwise switch to EAD (when only possible travel doc is AP until 485 approval)
I have alreeady AP and H1B expired, my question was
what is safer to re-enter US: H1B or AP
just for the sake of peace of mind I will use AP anyway,
I have to unfortunatelly.
