Is H1 transfer possible without working for a company?

Hi,

I have a question about H1 transfer. Here is the situation:

My H1 was processed by company A for 2005 quota. But they are not in position to call me to US. Now there is a company B in US which is ready to transfer the H1 visa. But they told me that they cannt do it while I am in India and I need to enter in US on company A's visa, before they can transfer visa for me.

I have following questions in that regard.

1. Can one enter to US on legal H1 visa of company A even if company A has not called him. What are the risks involved if one tries to do that?

2. Can one apply for H1 transfer immediately after landing US on company A's visa but not working with company even for a single day?

3. Can company B transfer H1 visa of company A when the candidate has not at all worked for company A and hence does not have any pay-stubs.

Your advice would be of utmost importance.

2. Can one apply for H1 transfer immediately after landing US on company A's visa but not working with company even for a single day? YES
3. Can company B transfer H1 visa of company A when the candidate has not at all worked for company A and hence does not have any pay-stubs.Yes if you do it next second you enter in to US.

H1 transfer without working with a company

Can one enter to US after he/she being deported once? What are the restrictions that a deported person will have for his/her further entries to US?
