Is getting stamping in India safe, if I have Visa RFE history?

Hi,
I've had an RFE and my visa was almost rejected and i finally got it last year.

But i have to go home, is it advisable to get stamped in India (Delhi) ?
Or is it better to go to Canada or Mexico for stamping?

Have BS from a US university, paystubs from last 2 years, tax returns - clean records. But I don't want to take a risk and any advise greatly appreciated.

(PS: I'm a restaurant manager, NOT an IT professional)

thanks,
Worried.

-------------- USCIS sent RFE and you or your employer/lawyer replied it and got petition approved and that is over. RFE is just request for document/missing info. many get RFE

Hi i personally fell it's good idea to go Canada. In India we never know, things work different here. I got stuck here from last 4 months.

Good Luck...

Visa stamping

---- It is good to read your post. All said and done your back up appointment will not work if you have an issue at the US consulate in Canada. Once you attend an interview for a US visa, the details will be available at any US Consulate in the world.

In fact if you attend your visa interview in India while adn when there is an issue with your visa stamping in Canada, the objections and questions will increase. The best hope is to get the visa stamped in Canada, if you are going to Canada before proceeding to India
