is g- 325 a form really that important

in my g- 325a form i no-where mentioned my med school address where i stayed for 5 years ..and in the form they stated last 5 yrs address n i was in med school for last 5 yrs

i just entered my permanent home address coz in my marriage certificate they asked like that about my permanent home address since 5 yrs



will i be in trouble in interview
or should i call them now n can changes be made.

today only i got my case status approved status online , i got my noa- 2
but,

i am so confused. theres kind of lottttttts of happiness along with rather bad kinnda anxiety ..
help me pls.
