is First FP done for last Oct applicants????

Hello everybody,

I wanted to findout whether any of us got their FP done (atleast first) 485 being applied in Oct 2003 (last year), my friend was saying USCIS now delaying the FP process to reduce to one time, and that too at the end of processing, is that true??
please let me know your status if you have applied 485 last year Sep, Oct time period.

That is true. My wife's RD is Oct 2003 and pending. She hasnt got her first FP yet. I am the primary applicant (RD 09/2002) and my case was approved after 2 FPs.
 
My ND is 10/28/03 , got FP notice last week and my wife got her notice this week, we are scheduled for FP next month OCT 19 for me and OCT 21 for my wife. I also saw some other people from OCT getting notice, yours should be on their way.

FPs for december

I saw a tracker in Vermont 140. Some folks got FP notices for Decmber notice dates as well. That is amazing.

How do you folks know about notice date? Can someone Please tellme?

What is the difference between receipt date and notice date?
I know my receipt date but I don't know my notice date.

Oct applied, waiting FP??

first of all guys thanks for your response,
hey 'vir_74' Receipt_Date (RD) is what they (USCIS) courier received date, Notice date is something what they have fed into their system.

Also guys I may want to specify that, my GC filed under EB3 category.
So please let me know if you filed under this category and received the
FP (finger printing).

FP done for 10/23/03 ND

Got my FP notice on 08/23/04, did the FP last week (09/10/04) at the Fort Worth ASC. No FP for wife yet (same ND as me for I-140/I-485).

I-140 ND 10/23/03 (EB3)
I-485 ND 10/23/03
I-140 AD 06/09/04 (no RFE)
FP #1 RD 08/23/04
FP #1 ND 09/10/04
I-485 AD ??/??/??
