Is Finger Print Date relevant?

I notice there doesn\'t seem to be a consistent time period between receipt date and finger print date. Some people get get FP only three months after RD while others wait a year or more between RD and FP.
My question is can you make any guesses on approval date based on FP? Or is it entirely based on RD and FP is totally irrelevant?
I suspect the latter but your input would be appreciated.

I do not think so. Looking at the trend here, it is only a requirement before you get the approval. When it does not matter.
