hi, everyone, I am about to file taxes this year,i am a G.C. and my wife live in Canada. If I file taxes, will it effect her P.O.E.? Since IRS have the record of her, do you think she will have the problem to come to U.S. to see me in the future? Thanks for all your help.

Pardon? File your taxes - it shouldn't affect her chances at entry.

well, she doesn't have green card, and..

since the government know who my wife is, it might give her hard time to entry, like intend to immigrate to u.s. etc....., is it possible? I just don't want to take that risk, thanks.

apples and oranges.... How is your filing tax with IRS got to do anything with your wife at P.O.E .??!!!

I think the task of collections of taxes from non-citizens should be
transferred from IRS to USCIS

Since you obviously have too much time on your hands, federal, state and local, or just federal? How about other federal government functions?
