Is expereince letter needed in the LC stage?

Hello,

Is expereince letter needed in the LC stage? I know degree or diploma is needed but not sure about experience letter. If so, the materials for LC would be the same as in the 140 stage? thank you for comments

No even in I-140 stage they may be required only if the USCIS asks for the, They are definaetly not required in LC stage. But be prpared to get experience letters from the employers whom you have put down as "work experience" in LC stage. In I-140, they may ask for proof substantiating your work experience claims.

My previous employer did not give me a experience letter.Can I give pay slip as a proof? What else can I give as proof?
