Is ETA-750B needed for EB1a I-140 petition?

Hi everyone,

I have several questions about my I-140/I-485 petition:

(1) Is ETA-750B required for EB1a I-140 petition?

(2) Is birth certificate required for my and my wife's I-485?

(3) If I forget to submit some support documents/evidence, can I submit them later during pending process?

What did the labor certification notice say? I sent in both A and B with the I140. As for support documents, it would be wise to send them in to avoid RFEs. Then again, as long as you send in what's required there shouldn't be any problems .

But EB1a doesn't need labor certificate, isn't it? I'm still confused. Anyone can help? Thx.

It clearly says: "No labor certification is needed for EB-1 petitions."

FYI: If an LC would be needed, it is not ETA 750 anymore. It is being replaced now by PERM form ETA 9089.

But EB1a doesn't need labor certificate, isn't it? I'm still confused. Anyone can help? Thx.
