Is Early Finger Printing possible in Hartford?

I just got my 2nd finger printing notice for mid August. I had already got an RFE a few months ago.

I am wondering if I should try and get an early FP.
So firstly, will it help to expedite my case if I get an early FP? And secondly, is it possible?

I am on the same situation...but mine will be in New Rochelle-NY.I've received 2nd FP and interview notice...I will be in Florida on the day they schedule me(for FP),I will try to do it early...

I know NJ does early fingerprinting if you reach early but they do not guarentee anything.
Does anyone have any early fingerprinting experience at Philadelphia. Can you just walk in or you need appointment for early fingerprinting.
Please share your experiences.
