Is CSC still working?

pls post any info on any case. i'm waiting for 140. also a h4 case filed > 3 months ago, still nothing.

THe processing report of 2/15/2003 says CSC is processing I-140 E they received on 10/22/2002. THe report as of 3/1/2003 says they are processing cases they recieved on 10/22/2002. So I'm not sure if CSC is actually working or not.

I think CSC was working in March (but not sure in Apr) since got my EB1 approved. You might need to have little patient (5-6 months may not enough in most cases unless you are very luck). Hope you get your I-140 approved soon.

when did you file your EB1? EB1 OR, right? have you received RFE and when did you reply? when did you get approval? Thx.
