Is CSC still responding to status email?

Has CSC stopped responding to emails requesting status on a 485 petition? It has been over a month since my last email to them, and no response. They were supposed to adjudicate my wife's 485 in 2-3 weeks, but 6 weeks have elapsed and no movement.

Any feedback will be helpful.

For me when I enquired in mid april...till now no response. But my spouse had lud. I did not have any lud. My spouse is primary applicant. In mid feb I enquired and I got response 'due to name check it is pending'. Now in mid april enquiry they did not care to even reply.
 
120 days before sending a followup enquiry

Ananya,

I think you need a gap of 120 days before sending a follow-up enquiry.. that is probably why you did not get a response to the mid-april status check.
