Is CP better now as compared to AOS ??

With INS being on brink of abolishment, is it better for new/recent filers to go in for CP as compared to AOS?

Though CP might be faster than AOS, however,

I would recommend AOS especially post 9/11.
If you are rejected via CP, you have no legal recourse.
Under AOS, atleast a lawyer in US can fight for you, in CP you are totally at the mercy of the IIO in the consulate..
