Is Boston Local INS center issuing EAD\'s other than VSC applicants?

I am about to file I-485 at NSC. My company is located in NSC area. I am working in Boston at client place. Now Boston Local INS is issuing EAD\'s in one day. Is Boston Local center serve for only VSC applicants or any one can get EAD\'s? Any one having experiences or information, please post.

I am not sure about Boston. I am staying in Denver(Which comes under NSC) and got my VSC EAD approved in a day. So I don\'t think you will have any issue
