Is based on these conditions. I can get a green card (through the Green Card Lottery)

I learned profession vehicle mechanic and an electrician 3 years. Between 2005 -2008 I worked in this business. If I will participate this year Green Card Lottery and maybe win, do these data stand on their own terms
 
Short answer would be a NO.
Just 'cos it is very difficult for one to match the job exp. & training reqmts in US for a similar job title.
DV qualification Via work exp. route is very tricky more info is usually given on the official DV registration site.
BUT, the ONLY sure way if you want to see whether you qualify is.....win the DV, pay the fees and face the intvw....its a gamble if you're willing to face the odds!!
Only sure way of least qualification is, 12 yrs of 'formal' primary/secondary education.
