Is AP sent as regular mail ??

Hi, I am really scared to leave my home just in case they will try to deliver my AP by registered mail, or do they just drop it in my mail box as ordinary mail?

AP approved and mailed 13 February 2008. I received it today 20 February 2008 in the ordinary mail. This is for the record.
