Is AP required if have a valid L1 visa stamped?

I have two questions. Would appreciate any useful feedback:
1. I have applied for 485 AOS. I need to travel in another 3 months (not sure if GC will be done by then). Can I travel if I have a valid LI visa stamped in my passport?

2. I have L1 approval notice. Can I get the visa stamped while in US? (I came to US on H1B but changed to L1).

--- if you have valid Visa stamp in passport you should be back to US before Visa stamp expire. As you plan to visit after 3 month you should also apply AP and may get approved before your departure from US.AP is just a back up if you stay out of US more then the date of Visa stamp expiry.
