I am still waiting for my approval... send out all the documents in April and msg changed on April 25 that they rec'd it. But still no one is touching my file :confused:
I am very sad and desperate: o
Please share your exp if u still waiting to get an approval.

What documents they had asked for in the RFE ? Hope you will get approval soon .
 
Boston officer told us, this week, to keep in our pants till end of June. VSC will re start again with our cases. In other hands, she said, cases transferred to Texas has big problems.

Finger Print #1 (I485) : Sept 2004 (All ten finger)

Case Transfer To Newark: Oct 2004
EAD #1: Dec 2004

Interview: Aug 2005
Stamped on Passport: Pending 485 Stamp
As expected I was told that PD not current. Please wait until it does become Current.

Finger Print #2 (EAD) : Oct 05 - Only Index Finger For EAD
EAD #2: Nov 2005
Finger Print #3 (EAD) : Sept 06 - Only Index Finger For EAD
EAD #3: Nov 2006

PD Became current Jan 07. Waited 1 Month.
Took InfoPass Appointment to get my Case moving: Feb 2007
Was told that FP expired for 485 (All ten finger).
Officer also said that once the FP cleared he will approve the case.

Finger Print #4 (I485) : Feb 2007 (All 10 fingers)
Request for Additional Docs: March 2007 - 2 notarized affidavit attesting Date of Birth and Place of Birth.
Request for Additional Docs Mailed : April 2007


Year and half after interview and they are still asking for more documents.:mad:
Did they have there finger up there A$$ for past year and a half?? Couldn't they ask me this while I was waiting for PD to become current?

Document said to wait 60 days after mailing the document before asking questions, so I will take Info Pass appointment and go again to see what is going on end of May. :(
 
Same here...

I just made an info pass for 5/29/07 @ FP in NY. I also called vermont service center and spoke to an officer he stated that our case is under review:confused: ...
don't know what's going on. When r u planning to take an info pass?
As per june visa bulletin they moved the dates so far is that mean only us left in their listing???
 
Waiting for response time to be over

I have to wait until June 6th before I can go and see them and ask any question regarding my case. Otherwise they will just turn me around, kick my behind and tell me to wait for the response time to be over.:D

By looking at June Bulletin I am not sure if I should jump for joy or start worrying more for my case.

Priority date moving so far ahead doesn’t necessarily means good news for those who are in the same boat as us. If BCIS use up visa #s in next two or 4 months for the entire year and our case is not resolved, then we will be stuck again until next years visa #s become available.

Not necessarily. Our case is under review and asking for add evidence. In this stage, our case is on the table [not on the shelf] and we already got a visa number on it. We must be paciente and wait for the 60 days. The worst is gone! Alehluiah.

Ahh...I`ve got new LUDs yesterday and today.

HI jhawilla and all guys in this forum,

My case is very old, security check is pending since jun 2003. we made several inquiries through (Congress, my attorney, senator), initially we did not get any positive response till last year.

Last year in Feb 2006 when my Employer made third inquiry, we got response USCIS is waiting for response from another agency...
This year we made 2 inquiries (JAN2007, feb 2007) one through my attorney and other through congressmen, got same reply..
"The processing of your case has been delayed. A check of our establies that your case is not ready for decision, as the required security check remain pending...."

Interesting thing is when I made inquiry in Aug2004 with Fbi by sending letter, got respose "The FBI completed a record check for you on August 1, 2003, and the results were forwarded to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services" . Inspite of this, I don't know why USCIS says security check pending.

Finally I had send letter to Mrs Bush, I hope some thing clicks.


Do you guys have any suggestion what I need to do?
When FBI has already snd reply to USCIS, what is wrong? is it really some thing pending from FBI or any other stuff???

Is this is the first time u rec'd RFE and if u already rec'd the letter what they asking for?

For I485, this is the first time and I didn`t get the letter yet. I got RFE b4 for my I140 [company taxes + my w2 for last 2 years] and approval in about 2 months. I`m concerned about that the beneficiary`s case is under review and to wait 60 days, no LUDs, no RFE. Our boths cases are with the adjudicator and the titular just got a LUD today again.;) :p

Usually when they send out the rfe there is couple of LUD'd shows for couple of days...
 
My misery is over

So finally my misery is over. I received the actual card yesterday. :D There was no approval notice, nor any email confirmation. The card came from the main VT center. I have to go for passport stamping now. Best of luck to rest of you guys. :cool:
