Hey guys;
 Is anyone getting the FP notices?? I think we should start a new thread here for FP notices and please post all your experiences in talking to IIO\'s/lawyers/friends regarding FP notices...

xinhua...u better tone down and be in your limits. I may be the most stupid person on the board but I dont react in such a immatured way as you just potrayed. Mind your business and try to be little calm and patient. Otherwise give me your phone number (if you have the BALLS!) and I dont mind calling you can telling you how to be decent and nice with people. Understand!

JIT is just out, I485 is still 98/1/1, since FP can only be valid for 15 months, CSC won\'t issue any new FP notice until JIT for I485 advances to Mar. 2000.

that is my guess too. when CSC finishes processing all the cases assigned to officers,it will issue new FP notices. your theory of March 2000 sounds right too. If 485 processing date moves in the next JIT, there is some chance of us getting FP notices.
the above is my personal opinion only.

my ND : March 5,01, WAC-01-120-xxxx - still waiting for FP but not expecting to see it very soon :(

In my observation people with ND > March 13 haven\'t got the FP notices yet. So its been more than three months that CSC has issued FP notices... Does anyone know anybody with ND > March 13th received the FP notice?
 Is it of any use to call the IIO about this? Also has anybodies lawyers given any insights on when the next batch od FP\'s will come?

my lawyer said that she expected the next batch of FPs by June. so far nothing has happened!
