Is anybody got Approval Without RFE

Hi all

All the approvals posted in this forum are approved after receiving the RFE. I am wondering is there any cases approved without receiving the RFE. If the BCIS is going to issue RFE's for all the pending cases, it looks like my case will take years.

Please post if you know somebody who gor approval without RFE

According to my knoledge for last one year I never heard who got GC without RFE at CSC. I believe someone at high level at CSC making to scrutinizing every application.
Remember there were some changes last year.
 
Someone I know got approval yesterday. There was no RFE. His RD was sometime in Dec 2001. Works for a big company (could this be the reason ???).
 
Could be random. I know another guy who got approved last month. He did not get RFE either.

But, the notion that every case pending over 12 months gets an RFE seems to be incorrect.
