Is anybody from 2002 left? My case is stuck because of Name Check Clearance.

Yes. I contacted with Senator. It seems no one can help you if you are stuck in Name check.

Contacted senator.He said the case was with an officer(that was 3 months ago)
Name check has cleared bak in 2003
No idea what's taking so long.INS have no idea neither.

So still waiting

Same here. Stuck since in Jan. of 2002. COnatacted Congressman, Senators, useless. The most is making an inquiry, pending. Endless! See, This is AMerica!

Don't lose hopes. I searched some name check thread in the forum. Somebody post that FBI is " committed" to eradicate all back logs by august.

3rd finger prints scheduled on Aug 3. The last one was 5 months ago.
