Is anybody been denied I-485/AOS?

what about adjusting the status with 245(i) law

what about adjusting the status with 245(i) law?

when you pay $1000 more u can adjust it here

but for any other reason, has anyone been denied?

YES

Yes, if INS determines during I-485 stage that any of your information is not correct and was overlooked during the Labor/I-140 stage.
 
There are some limitations to the 245(i) law

Your Priority date has to fall in a certain time period for getting benefit under that law
