Is any one with ND March 2001 Receive FP Notice ?

I do not see any FP req for april ND.Is there anything wrong with that month (TSC make us fools).If anybody gets please post dates.
 
Any news about FP for early 2001 filers?

Hi, those who filed I-485 in Jan, March, April 2001, has anyone done anything for getting FP notice? Thanks.

I called, IIO told me it will take 2 months....
I have mailed a letter to TSC around Jan 10th....If no response by next week...
Will fax in 1st week of Feb....

RD/ND 01/2001, No FP

fam\'s RD seems to be the earliest so far. But mine is one day early, 08/01/2001.:) Still no FP.

Have you got your 2nd EAD, fam and Lisa? How long did it take? I\'ve been waiting for more 90 days (from RD) now. I really don\'t want to drive several hours with little kids to get interim EAD. But I may have to... :-(

01/23/2001, I got my FP notice in Nov and did FP in Dec.
Althought I did go to local INS office to schedule my FP.

I recommend to all applicants between Jan 2001 and April 2001 to go to local INS and schedule FP. Especially, when TSC is processing cases around Jan 2001, if they put aside our files becuase we did not give FP. I would imagine it will take them long time to come back to our files again.

Would you let me know the exact procedure of scheduling FP in the local INS office...
Where did you go...and whom did you contact?
My Notice date is Jan 31 2001.
It\'s been an year and still no FP.
 
EB2 guys are getting FP notices not EB3

EB2 guys are getting FP notices not EB3. EB3 is still stuck with ND Jan 01.
