On June 02 RFE was issued on my case. So far my company lawyer didn't receive it. thinking lost in mail. Last year my company changed its address. It could be it.

Lawyer told me he has given address change, also post office redirects mail to new address.

Is Post office redirects INS mail too? or there any restrictions?

Is there any procedures to follow?

Any insights are appreciated?

BCIS (INS) mails are never re-directed. They go back to the INS. You have to file AR-11 form with BCIS.
If you haven't received your RFE it is most likely BCIS doesn't have your new address on record.
You could try calling your BCIS center to verify your address.

INS Mails wouldn't be automatically forwarded by PO.
They would return back..!
Do call INS and check on this..!! Not sure why you waited for 1.5 mos before posting this question..!
Act Fast..
Good Luck

Thanks for the response

EAD2003,
Not me, my company is moved to a new location. I don't know what my company has to do? You told we can verify with BCIS that means Nations customer service or any direct phone number to contact vermost BCIS.

Vijayrc,
It is not June02 it is July 02 (Sorry, typo).

Is my company necessary fill up AR11 form or they can do it over the phone.

Any help is highly appreciated.

Lawyer address change

Is any one know procedures involved in lawyer address change. When I am thinking more about my case. Company address change should not have impact. Our lawyer sits in our company.

Any body know how to proceed in this case.

Your lawyer is the best person to advise you in this case. You can ask him whether he has proof that BCIS has the new address on record.
To be sure yourself you could try calling the NCSC at 1 (800) 375-5283 and verify with them the company address on record by giving your case number.
You could also try calling 1 (800) 357-2099. This is supposed to be a number for Employer-related Immigration Matters .

Good luck.

I don't think National Customer service will have access to that information. My lawyer doesn't know much about any thing. He just know what to fill up or how to fill up?

Tomorrow I am planning to goto local INS office and try to get information about it (If possible change it over there).

Yesterday I spoken with National customer service lady. Told My lawyer changed address that's why I didn't recieve RFE notice. She Asked me how many days pass by, Took my A# and EAC numbers, my address and my lawyer old address and send a note to vermont by saying that "Since lawyer has moved to a new location customer want to send to his address".

It looks funny to me. I don't know whether it is going to work or not. Any one gone through this kind of situation?

If it works out I will let you all know.
