Is a new H4 stamp required

Hi

Wanted some help regarding H4 stamping

Both me and my wife got our visa revalidated in New Delhi recently (stamp valid till Jan 2007 ) and I travelled back to the US while she stayed back in India. After coming back I switched my job about a month back and got the new H1 approval with I-94.
Will my wife require a fresh H4 stamp when she travels back to the US next month.
If not, then apart from a copy of my new H1 approval what other docs does she need to keep with her so as to have a smooth sailing at POE

---NO, she can come back to US with valid H4 visa stamp even if it is based on your past employer H1 petition, YOU have changed the employer and she has not and she is tied to YOU not to any employer. if your H1 extension approval has more Validity then her H4 Visa expiry date then if you send her your H1 transfer notice and she shows passport H4 Visa stamp AND your new H1 transfer approval notice then she will get I-94 till your H1 approval notice validity. if she ONLY shows the passport Visa stamp then she will get I-94 till her H4 Visa validity and dont forget to file her H4 extension BEFORE her I-94 expires when she reaches US. better also send her a letter from your new employer that you are working with them ( she shold show ONLY if asked at POE)
If not, then apart from a copy of my new H1 approval what other docs does she need to keep with her so as to have a smooth sailing at POE
