Is 485 processing data ND or RD?

It doesn't matter.

TSC is processing FP date in April 03. The RD/ND processing date is just a reference.

Hopefully you're right but doubtful.

My FP is April 10, 2003, ND for I-485 was 05/01/2002. So far, nothing except it said the case was resumed bla bla. Last update was 04/16/2003.

If I were you, I will send a fax to the TSC reminding the impending expiration of the FP. Few others in this forum got approval notice after they did the fax "reminder".

I did fax and mail the letter to TSC on April 19. Still nothing happened yet.

Hey do you have any format to remaind about FP expiration, i did FP in april 2003 and would like to send a Fax to TSC... Please post a format if you have one...

yl8401 is correct. TSC is currently approving March to May 2003 FPs.

Yours should be around the corner...
