Is 180 days rule from ND or RD

what happens if they open your application after year

what happens if they open our application after year. No use of 180 days. Are you sure about that mirage???

I filed on june 4 th. My RD is june 7 th and ND is Aug 10 th. More than 2 months.
 
I MEANT REC. DATE AND NOTICE DATE

I MEANST REC. DATE AND NOTICE DATE AS NOW A DAYS THERE IS A MONTH DIFF. BET RD AND ND

I am sure that the 180 day count is from the I485 - Receipt date and not the Notice Date.
