IRS tax audit 485 problam ?

friend has been called by IRS for IRS audit ..he got notice yesterday..will it create problems for his 485 and green card...

no. unless he has tax problem during auditing. in that case, he has much more to worry about then his 485 application ;)

seems INS will check last 3 years tax returns for processing I-485. If they found some problems in the tax returns, what they will do on the I-485 petition?
