IR1/CR1 vs K1 vs F2A

I am a green card holder and residing in USA for 2 years. My girlfriend lives in India and is an Indian citizen. I want to bring her here. I was wandering if I should marry her now and file for F2A or wait until I become a citizen and file for K1 or IR1/CR1 visa. Please advise
 
If you marry her and file for f2a now, the case will upgrade to CR1/IR1 when you become a citizen if she hasn’t received an F2A visa by then. I don’t see any point in waiting to become a citizen before you file.
